Hi! The images on this page are of me, and my family. I am a mama to three amazing kids. I began taking photos professionally in 2010. Before that, photography was a tool I used to grab any tiny slice of life that I wanted to remember from moments I felt truly alive.

In this last decade or so, I have poured heart, soul, energy, and resources into Petal & Vine. I absolutely treasure meeting each new person, each new family for their session, and it has been an immeasurable joy to see repeat clients come back - watching the same families grow, again and again over the years.

I have always loved photos. I spent countless hours poring over my parents’ & grandparents’ albums as a little girl. I still love the way an album feels in my hands as I flip through the pages, smiling as I get to cherish all of the sweet moments that have faded in my own memory but are preserved through this precious medium.

These moments are priceless and fleeting.

This incredible thing that I get to do–capturing the story of a new life, or a chapter in your life–is important, to you, and it’s important to me. It is powerful. It is long lasting and meaningful. I will always consider it a sacred privilege to be invited into your family’s intimate moments and beginnings: capturing your wedding, being welcome into your birth space, into your home, into the story of how you love being alive.
